Information sessions: A better understanding of Private equity.
Get to know private equity as a building block in your portfolio. During our info sessions and webinars, Integra guides you through the basic principles, returns, risks, and how we select and monitor funds. Choose the time below that suits you.
Why an Information Session?
Integra is a Belgian private equity fund that has raised more than 750 million euros from over 400 investors since 2018. Private equity was long reserved for institutional investors. Today, increasing numbers of entrepreneurs, family offices, and individual investors are considering this asset class as part of a well-diversified portfolio.
Nonetheless, private equity remains less familiar ground for many investors compared to publicly traded stocks. This is why Integra organises information sessions and webinars: to clearly and accessibly explain what private equity is, how it relates to other investment categories, and what role it can play in your portfolio.
What Will Be Covered?
During each session, we discuss:
- The basic principles of private equity and the difference from publicly traded stocks
- Return, risk, and liquidity
- The importance of diversification across funds, sectors, regions, and investment years
- How Integra selects and monitors funds
An information session lasts about two hours and a webinar lasts one hour. Both are accessible, even without prior knowledge of private equity.
